We've been delivering exceptional service to homeowners since 1975 and are proud to be a trusted name in the industry.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>What We Offer:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li><p>Year-round, stable work</p></li>\n <li>Take-home Company vehicle, gas card, maintenance plan</li>\n <li><p>Bonus opportunities based on team performance</p></li>\n <li><p>Paid training and ongoing professional development</p></li>\n <li><p>Health insurance options starting as low as $5 per week</p></li>\n <li><p>401(k) with company match, paid time off, and holiday pay</p></li>\n <li><p>Employee discounts and growth potential within a national brand</p></li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p><strong>What You’ll Do:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li><p>Recruit, train, and manage retail sales associates (SSAs) to meet daily and weekly lead goals</p></li>\n <li><p>Oversee SSA schedules, performance, and activities to drive service center success</p></li>\n <li><p>Hold weekly team meetings to inform, motivate, and track progress vs. goals</p></li>\n <li><p>Train SSAs on product knowledge (seasonal changes, IAQ materials, HVAC systems, etc.)</p></li>\n <li><p>Build a competitive, engaging environment through internal lead contests and challenges</p></li>\n <li><p>Spend 60–65% of your time in the field coaching SSAs and working with retail store management</p></li>\n <li><p>Develop strong working relationships with retail store staff and area management</p></li>\n <li><p>Communicate performance updates and staffing changes to retail partners</p></li>\n <li><p>Coordinate and execute store events with active involvement from store leadership</p></li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>What We’re Looking For:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li><p>2+ years of proven sales experience required</p></li>\n <li><p>Prior supervisory or team leadership experience preferred</p></li>\n <li><p>Strong interpersonal, organizational, communication, and sales skills</p></li>\n <li><p>Ability to work evenings and weekends with minimal supervision</p></li>\n <li><p>Comfort reading and applying technical training materials</p></li>\n <li><p>Related experience, advanced training, or equivalent education may be considered</p></li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Note:</strong> This posting outlines potential pay ranges and opportunities, which are not guaranteed and do not represent a formal offer.
