          "text": "<p><u><strong>Summary:</strong></u><br>\nThe <strong>Used Car Buyer</strong>&#xa0;plays a key role in growing our used car inventory by connecting with current vehicle owners, building rapport, and guiding them through the appraisal and purchase process.<br>\nThis role is ideal for someone with strong customer service or sales skills who is eager to learn the vehicle buying process and grow into an acquisitions career.</p><p><u><strong>Duties &amp; Responsibilities:</strong></u></p><ul><li>Prospect and follow up with potential sellers by phone, text, and email to schedule appraisal appointments.</li><li>Greet and engage dealership visitors in the showroom or service drive to start conversations about selling their vehicle.</li><li>Collect vehicle details through customer questions, photos, and data entry into our inventory management system.</li><li>Partner with Sales Managers to review appraisals and present fair, competitive offers to customers.</li><li>Facilitate smooth hand-offs to the Sales Department for guests interested in purchasing a new or pre-owned vehicle.</li><li>Maintain accurate notes and updates in the CRM to track progress and manage leads.</li><li>Review monthly goals with management and adjust plans to maximize acquisition opportunities.</li></ul>",
