Description

The Opportunity We are looking for a Director of Revenue Operations to bring greater structure, discipline, and predictability to how we manage revenue across the business. This is a commercial process and excellence role- not a frontline sales position. You will own the systems, processes, and analytics that connect our commercial activities to our operational and financial performance. The right person for this role is rigorous, analytically strong, and comfortable operating at the intersection of sales, operations, and finance. You will improve how we manage the pipeline, how we price and renew contracts, how we develop proposals, and how accurately we can forecast revenue- building visibility and discipline that the entire leadership team can rely on. What You Will Own Own and maintain the company revenue waterfall and revenue forecasting process Lead price increase planning and execution across the customer base to protect and improve margin quality Develop and drive renewal strategy to improve customer retention and pricing outcomes at renewal Support bid writing and proposal development to improve win rates and margin quality on new business Manage centralized contracts- ensuring consistency in terms, pricing, and documentation across the customer base Improve pipeline visibility, sales process discipline, and CRM hygiene Partner with Operations and Finance to align commercial activity with capacity and margin goals What We Are Looking For Proven experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or commercial excellence - you have built or significantly improved the processes behind how a company manages its revenue Strong analytical skills with the ability to improve forecasting accuracy and translate data into commercial insight Experience in B2B services or asset-heavy businesses is strongly preferred - you understand how contracts, renewals, and pricing work in a service environment Comfortable influencing across Sales, Operations, and Finance without direct authority - you earn credibility through rigor and follow-through Hands-on with CRM and reporting tools; experience building or improving pipeline management processes Strong attention to detail, particularly around contract terms, pricing consistency, and data quality Excellent written communication skills, including the ability to contribute to proposals and bid documents Bachelor’s degree required; 5+ years of relevant experience in revenue or sales operations Why Join Us High-impact role with the opportunity to build commercial infrastructure from the ground up in a growing, PE-backed platform Direct exposure to the CEO and full leadership team with visibility into the entire commercial and operational business Meaningful influence on pricing, retention, and growth strategy Competitive compensation commensurate with experience Bulk Environmental & Industrial is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
