This role works closely with Production, Engineering, Quality, and Purchasing to ensure accurate build packages, smooth assembly, and strong manufacturing readiness.</p><p><strong>Job Requirements</strong>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;</p><ul><li>Provide engineering support on the production floor and troubleshoot build issues</li><li>Address fit‑up concerns, rework decisions, and documentation gaps</li><li>Review and validate build packages, routings, drawings, and BOM accuracy</li><li>Support Quality with incoming material discrepancies and corrective actions</li><li>Assist with Engineering Change Requests and drawing updates</li><li>Review vendor drawings for accuracy and compliance</li><li>Track manufacturing engineering metrics and support readiness reporting</li><li>Identify process improvements and reduce recurring build interruptions</li><li>Provide technical support to cross‑functional teams</li></ul><p><strong>Qualifications</strong>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</p><ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering</li><li>3&ndash;7 years in manufacturing engineering or production support (heavy equipment/pump systems a plus)</li><li>Strong mechanical aptitude and problem‑solving skills</li><li>Experience with drawings, routings, BOMs, and ERP workflows (NAV/Business Central preferred)</li><li>Familiarity with engineering change processes and configuration management</li><li>SOLIDWORKS proficiency</li><li>Experience reviewing vendor drawings and coordinating with suppliers</li></ul>&nbsp; &nbsp;<span style='font-family:\"Arial\",sans-serif;font-size:15px;'>Equal Opportunity Employer</span></section></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div>\n",
