In this role, you’ll work 1:1 with children who have an Autism diagnosis, implementing applied behavior analysis (ABA) programs under the direction and supervision of a board-certified behavior analyst (BCBA). Training is provided. Students working towards a RBT and/or Master’s in ABA are encouraged to apply.</li>\n <li>Part time positions are eligible for 401k based on reaching 1,000 hours within their first anniversary or subsequent calendar year. </li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>Detail-Oriented: </strong>Collect, record and document data based on observable client behavior and communicate to parents and team members regarding a child’s progress</li>\n <li><strong>Personalized Treatment: </strong>Work 1:1 with children who have an Autism diagnosis, in their home and in our center </li>\n <li><strong>Specialized Programs: </strong>Implement ABA programs and Behavior Intervention Plans directed and supervised by a BCBA</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>High school diploma/GED required</li>\n <li>Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification required</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Additional Data</h2>\n<p><em>Equal Opportunity Employer/including Disabled/Veterans</em></p>",
