Performs a variety of light and heavy manual tasks such as: loading and unloading boxes, supplies, and materials from vehicles; movement of similar materials with hand truck and dolly.&nbsp;</span></p><p><span style='font-family: \"times new roman\", serif; font-size: 16px;'>2. Assists skilled craftsmen with hospital projects that may include: repair and replacement of drywall and paint, and preventive maintenance.&nbsp;</span></p><p><span style='font-family: \"times new roman\", serif; font-size: 16px;'>3. Performs activities to keep the hospital campus clean. &nbsp;</span></p><p><span style='font-family: \"times new roman\", serif; font-size: 16px;'>4. Performs seasonal grounds maintenance and care, including snow removal, cutting grass, etc.&nbsp;</span></p><p><span style='font-family: \"times new roman\", serif; font-size: 16px;'>5.
