    "description": "<h2>Position Summary</h2>\n<p><strong>Baptist Health Walker Hospital</strong></p>\n<p>Main OR / Surgery</p>\n<p>Full Time</p>\n<p>Days</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li><p>Provides advanced nursing care for critically ill patients requiring complex assessments, high-intensity interventions, and continuous monitoring.</p></li>\n <li><p>Uses clinical judgment and assessment data to anticipate, prioritize, and respond quickly to changing patient conditions.</p></li>\n <li><p>Operates, monitors, and adjusts specialized medical equipment and interprets data from monitoring systems.</p></li>\n <li><p>Responds to emergencies using established nursing standards, protocols, and life-saving interventions.</p></li>\n <li><p>Assesses patient needs, develops and revises individualized care plans, and evaluates patient outcomes.</p></li>\n <li><p>Advocates for patients and families while ensuring age-appropriate care across the lifespan.</p></li>\n <li><p>Collaborates with physicians and interdisciplinary teams and may serve as charge nurse, preceptor, or educator.</p></li>\n <li><p>Documents care accurately, delegates tasks appropriately, and ensures compliance with evidence-based practice and regulatory standards.</p></li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Education/Training </strong> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Graduate of an approved school of nursing. Meets all mandatory, developmental, and performance competency requirements for Baptist Health unit/department. </li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Licensure/Certification </strong> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Maintains current State of Alabama RN license or valid eNLC multistate RN license  </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Maintains current BLS/Healthcare Provider certification.  </li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Experience</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>At least 1 year of RN experience in an acute care setting</li>\n</ul>",
