    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\" data-pasted=\"true\"><strong><span style=\"background-color: rgb(247, 218, 100);\">Build what powers tomorrow&mdash;join Intervala, where advanced electronics manufacturing meets innovation, precision, and purpose.</span></strong></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>We are looking to add a Sr Strategic Buyer to our team.&nbsp;</strong></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>**To be considered you must have experience buying electronics and cables, preferably buying bare printed circuit boards.</strong></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">The Sr Strategic Buyer will<strong>&nbsp;</strong>procure products within assigned planner codes in a timely and cost-effective manner. Maintain, build, and develop supplier relations. &nbsp;</p><div style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;margin-left: -0.25in;\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Procure products within assigned commodity areas in a timely and cost-effective manner</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Identify and reduce long lead times in the system by utilizing material strategies with suppliers</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Review daily MRP exception messages, purchase order status, and order action reports and take appropriate action</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Resolve material price variances</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Identify alternate solutions for obsolete components and work with engineering for approval</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Ensure timely delivery of products to support production needs</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Maintain purchasing data in computer system so that it is always current</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Develop new/better/alternate sources of supply to reduce the supplier base</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Use knowledge of technical requirements and market conditions to negotiate best price</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Administer purchase agreements dealing with confidential and proprietary information</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Negotiate best value with suppliers; perform materials quotation for prices and delivery</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Perform Quarterly Business Review (QBRs) with key suppliers as required</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Participate in production meetings to review supplier requirements.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Evaluate and provide performance data to existing suppliers, including quality and on-time delivery</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Provide training and guidance to new and lower-level buyers on all aspects of purchasing</li></ul><p style=\"margin-left: 0in;
