Report to District Sales Manager.</p><p>We are seeking individuals that are self-motivated, organized, and committed to a profession in a values driven-family owned business. Starting salary is based on experience the range is $55,000-$70,000. &nbsp;&nbsp;Your starting base salary is just the beginning. With our commission structure, your income goes up the more you sell. Top performers easily exceed $65k+.&nbsp;</p><p><br></p><p>Duties and Responsibilities:</p><ul><li>Foodservice sales- anywhere food is consumed away from home; Restaurants, Clubs, Healthcare, Schools, Institutions, Delis and Cafés</li><li>Open And maintain new accounts</li><li>Make Weekly sales calls on customers and prospects. Building customer relationships</li><li>Offer And oversee product demonstrations, with Corporate Chef and Specialists</li><li>Utilize Consultative selling with the aid of company ads and information</li><li>Maintain Accounts receivables in accordance with the customers agreed upon terms</li><li>Utilize our mix of products, to meet the need of the customer</li><li>Maintain Sales records on accounts, price quotes, menu ideas</li><li>Processing Orders on a tablet/laptop</li></ul><p>Benefits:</p><p>· Car Allowance</p><p>· Cell Phone allowance</p><p>· Salary/Commission, <strong>Salary will eventually be on a commission basis.</strong></p><p>· HealthCare Plan, along with Dental, Vision, Life Insurance and Disability Insurance</p><p>· 401K with employer contribution</p><p>· Profit Sharing</p><p>· Paid Holidays</p><p>· Paid Vacation</p><p>· Inside sales support</p><p>· Ongoing training</p>",
