    "description": "<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Description:</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Digitain is looking for a Legal Counsel to join its Commercial Legal Department.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Forming part of Legal Directorate, in this role you will ensure that company operates according to the highest legal, compliance and ethical standards.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">You will be responsible for legal matters related to gaming-related B2B deals (both sales and procurement), provide legal research and advice on the company’s iGaming activities and operations, ensuring alignment with applicable laws and regulatory frameworks. and provide strategic advice on the company’s iGaming operations to ensure Company’s alignment with rapidly evolving global iGaming legal landscape.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\"> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Responsibilities:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Day-to-day drafting, reviews, negotiations and solidifying agreements and other legal documents with focus on gaming-related B2B deals (both sales and procurement)</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Accurate and timely counsel in a variety of gaming-related legal topics</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Presentation of legal issues to the staff together with analysis, options and recommendations</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Research and evaluate different risk factors regarding business decisions and operations</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Keep abreast with gaming laws, regulations, guidelines and industry standards</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Research and analyze Armenian and international legislation</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Maintain documentation flow and reports in compliance with internal rules of Legal Directorate</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Any other ad-hoc duties that may be required from time to time to fulfil the business needs</span><br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\"> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Requirements:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\"> </span><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">LL.B. and LL.M. degrees in Law</span></span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">At least 4-5 years of professional experience in a law firm or as an in-house legal adviser in a commercial organization</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Strong emphasis on International Business Law, Private International Law, IP Law, Licensing Law</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Strong knowledge of RA Civil, Labor, Administrative and Gaming legislation</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Fluency in written and spoken English and Russian</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Strong drafting skills</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Strong analytical thinking and having an eye for detail</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Strong ability to organize and prioritize workload whilst meeting tight deadlines</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to work in a team and develop effective working relations with colleagues</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Proactive and self-motivated with an ability to work under pressure</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Conversant with document and project management software and tools such as Microsoft Office, Google Docs, etc. </span><br></li>\n</ul>",
