&nbsp; &nbsp; Director/Manager, Facility/Maintenance</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>MUST HAVE REQUIREMENTS:</strong></p><ol class=\"decimal_type\" start=\"1\"><li>High School Diploma or GED.</li><li>Strong fundamental mechanical ability.</li><li>Ability to occasionally lift up to 75 pounds.</li><li>Ability to occasionally work at heights greater than 20 feet.</li><li>Valid Ohio Driver&#39;s License.&nbsp;</li><li>No written disciplinary action within the last 12 months.&nbsp;</li></ol><p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><p><strong>PREFERRED ATTRIBUTES:</strong></p><ol start=\"1\"><li>Health Care Facility experience.</li><li>Clean driving record.&nbsp;</li></ol><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>OTHER REQUIREMENTS</strong>:</p><p>Employees in this position may be:</p><ol start=\"1\"><li>Exposed to blood, body fluids and/or airborne pathogens and are required to wear personal protective equipment.</li><li>Exposure to dust, variable temperatures, and long or varied hours (due to emergencies).</li><li>Must be able to push, pull, lift, carry, turn, crouch, and bend as necessary to complete tasks.</li><li>Subject to Short Term Hours Reduction according to policy.</li></ol><p><strong>____________________________________________________________________________________</strong></p><p><strong>RESPONSIBILITES:</strong></p><ol start=\"1\"><li>Ability to be self-directed in executing responsibilities within a team structure.</li><li>Monitors, tests and maintains plant equipment such as Generators, Air Handlers, Chillers, Cooling Towers, and Boilers. &nbsp;</li><li>Performs minor electrical installation and repairs as needed.</li><li>Performs mechanical repairs of equipment.</li><li>Performs minor plumbing installation and repairs as needed.</li><li>Performs preventative maintenance to plant and other equipment as required.</li><li>Maintains departmental equipment and material inventory.</li><li>Responsible for all house wide and departmental polices/procedures.</li><li>Ability to respond to all emergency codes.&nbsp;</li><li>Performs other duties as assigned.</li><li>Follows Appropriate Service Standards.</li><li>Participates in departmental meetings and training as required.</li></ol><p><u>&nbsp;
