    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p>Federated Co-operatives Limited (FCL) is hiring a <strong>Class 3A Propane Driver</strong> on a temporary 6-month basis <strong>Flin Flon, MB</strong> offering $26.31 - $35.50 per hour, depending on experience. This opportunity may lead to an extension or permanent employment.</p><p>Are you a self-motivated driver looking for a job opportunity that will have you home every night? We offer job stability, consistent working hours, benefits, pension, paid time off, work gear, and all required training.&nbsp;</p><p><strong>What you’ll do:</strong></p><ul><li>Present a positive image in customer service while making propane deliveries to various local customers.</li><li>Conduct daily pre-and post-trip inspections, track hours, and report issues using an electronic log system.</li><li>Maintain company vehicles, ensuring preventative maintenance is carried out and minor repairs are conducted.&nbsp;</li><li>Perform work with a high standard of safety in all operations, ensuring compliance with procedures, policies, and regulations.</li></ul><p><strong>Who you’ll work with:</strong></p><p><strong>The Team:&nbsp;</strong>You will work with other drivers and service technicians and will report to&nbsp;the Propane Operations Supervisor. The team strives to cultivate a culture of customer service, safety, and work life balance.</p><p><strong>The Customers:&nbsp;</strong>You will deliver propane to customers in agricultural, commercial, and domestic markets while displaying a high-level of customer-focus, professionalism, and care.</p><p><strong>Why it matters:</strong></p><p>We fuel Western Canadian communities by offering innovative energy products and providing unmatched service to Co-op member-owners and customers.</p><p><strong>Who you are:</strong></p><p>You are looking for a career in hauling and deliveries and:</p><ul><li>Have 1+ years of professional driving experience (a combination of relevant education and experience may be considered).</li><li>Have a Class 3A or Class 1A license and a grade 12 diploma or equivalent.&nbsp;</li><li>Are a self-starter who works well independently with strong organizational skills and time management.</li><li>Are familiar with computers and/or electronic log systems.</li><li>Are comfortable with physically demanding work such as pulling heavy hose and other equipment with a minimum weight of 50lbs.</li><li>Are comfortable undergoing a pre-employment alcohol and substance test to qualify for safety-sensitive work.</li></ul><p><strong>What we offer:</strong></p><ul><li>Competitive wages, benefits, and an employer-contributed pension plan.</li><li>As a co-operative, we do business differently.
