We are a certified Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) specializing in General Contracting for Healthcare, Civil, and Mission Critical construction services.</p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Position Overview</span></p>\n<p>The <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Federal Project Manager (Construction)</span> will oversee all aspects of assigned federal construction projects, from pre-construction through closeout. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience managing U.S. government construction contracts, ensuring compliance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), and coordinating multidisciplinary teams to achieve project objectives.</p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Key Responsibilities</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Manage all phases of federal construction projects, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, procurement, and execution.</li>\n<li>Serve as the primary point of contact with federal contracting officers, clients, and subcontractors.</li>\n<li>Ensure full compliance with all contract documents, FAR, DFARS, and applicable federal labor and safety standards.</li>\n<li>Prepare and review project schedules (CPM), submittals, RFIs, and change orders.</li>\n<li>Oversee cost control, risk management, and progress reporting.</li>\n<li>Manage LEAN construction principles</li>\n<li>Lead project meetings and provide timely communication on project status to all stakeholders.</li>\n<li>Collaborate with quality control, safety, and field teams to ensure project excellence.</li>\n<li>Manage project closeout, including as-builts, warranties, and final documentation.</li>\n<li>Some traveling may be required.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Qualifications</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Required:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.</li>\n<li>Minimum <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">5–10 years of experience</span> managing federal or military construction projects.</li>\n<li>Proven knowledge of <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">FAR, DFARS, and federal contracting requirements.</span></li>\n<li>Proficiency with project management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project, and Bluebeam).</li>\n<li>Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.</li>\n<li>Ability to obtain federal security clearance if required.</li>\n<li>Must be able to pass background check and 9 panel drug screen.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Preferred:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Professional certifications such as <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">PMP, CCM, or LEED AP.</span></li>\n<li>Experience with <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">USACE, NAVFAC, GSA, or VA</span> projects.</li>\n<li>OSHA 30-Hour certification.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Benefits</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Competitive salary and performance bonuses</li>\n<li>Comprehensive health, dental, and vision coverage</li>\n<li>Retirement plan with 4% company match</li>\n<li>Paid time off and federal holidays</li>\n<li>Vehicle allowance</li>\n<li>Continuing education and professional development support</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>ONSITE WILL NOT CONSIDER APPLICANTS FROM RECRUITERS</p>\n<p> </p>",
