          "text": "<p><strong>Compensation &amp; Schedule</strong></p><ul><li>Competitive wage:&#xa0;<strong>$22.07&#xa0;to $22.62/hour</strong></li><li>Night shift schedule:&#xa0;<strong>Monday to Thursday, 5:30PM&#xa0;to 4:00AM &#xa0;</strong></li><li><strong>3-day weekends every week</strong></li></ul><p><strong>Your role</strong><br>\nAs a Production Laborer, you play a key role in ensuring smooth operations and maintaining Techo-Bloc’s quality standards. On a daily basis, you will:</p><ul><li>Inspect concrete products (quality, shape, color, consistency)</li><li>Remove defective products and replace them with compliant pieces</li><li>Sort, package, wrap, and prepare products for shipping</li><li>Transport raw materials and finished products, manually or using equipment</li><li>Assist machine operators with daily tasks</li><li>Clean machines and maintain a clean and safe work environment</li></ul><p><strong>This position is for you if</strong></p><ul><li>You enjoy physical, active work</li><li>You take pride in punctuality and a job well done</li><li>You’re looking for stable hours, good pay, and a long-term career in manufacturing</li></ul>",
