    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p>The POSITION consists of maintaining services, installs, repairs, and inspects machinery and equipment such as motors, AHU's, and&nbsp;pumps to keep them in good working order.</p><p>JOB REQUIREMENTS</p><p>Detects minor to major problems with machines and equipment including observation and listening to locate trouble areas in mechanical devices</p><ul style=\"list-style-type:disc;\"><li style=\"tab-stops:list .5in;\">Disassembles, repairs and/or replaced parts to equipment</li><li style=\"tab-stops:list .5in;\">Using hoists, cranes, hand tools, power tools</li><li style=\"tab-stops:list .5in;\">Performs preventive maintenance IAW manufactures recommendations</li><li style=\"tab-stops:list .5in;\">Perform tests to ensure machinery is running smoothly AND BASIC diagnostic tests, check performance of machinery</li><li style=\"tab-stops:list .5in;\">Clean and lubricate machinery</li><li style=\"tab-stops:list .5in;\">Will unload, inspect and move equipment into position using cranes, hoists, dollies, rollers and trucks</li><li style=\"tab-stops:list .5in;\">Uses&nbsp;chain falls and come a-longs to move equipment / materials into place</li><li style=\"tab-stops:list .5in;\">Basic housekeeping duties such as hosing floors, removing trash, and swiping floors</li><li style=\"tab-stops:list .5in;\">Follows direction from supervisor</li><li style=\"tab-stops:list .5in;\">Wage&nbsp;based on experience</li></ul><p>Other duties as assigned</p><p>CERTIFICATIONS AND/OR LICENSES REQUIRED&nbsp;*</p><p>*None</p><p>OTHER POSITION OR SITE REQUIREMENTS</p><p>•Must have experience using industrial hand tools and power tools<br>•Organization and time management<br>•Must have good problem-solving abilities<br>•Must have good aptitude and manual dexterity<br>•Good reading comprehension<br>•Ability to work with others – team player including good communication skills with co-workers and supervisors<br>•Commitment to Zachry values and safety rules and regulations<br>•Access to job site requires meeting criteria of a criminal background check</p><p>Zachry is dedicated to providing a safe and drug free work environment and is an equal opportunity employer.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>#LI-KL1</p>",
