    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><p data-pasted=\"true\">Pivotal Health Solutions is seeking a 1<sup>st</sup> Shift Wood Shop Assembler to join our team in Watertown, SD. &nbsp;In this role, you will be responsible for producing finished products through various types of assembly and manufacturing.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Essential Job Duties &amp; Responsibilities</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Operate hand tools, power tools, and CNC equipment to manufacture wood lockers, athletic training equipment, etc.</li><li>Assemble wood components into finished products on time and within PHS quality standards</li><li>Utilize work instructions to follow established assembly procedures</li><li>Maintain clean and organized work area to facilitate manufacturing functions</li><li>Document actions by completing production and quality forms</li><li>Utilize Kanban system to restock depleted parts and materials</li><li>Build defect-free products that meet Quality Standards</li><li>Build products within time standards</li><li>Adhere to safety standards and requirements</li><li>Performs other duties as assigned</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Job Qualifications</strong>&nbsp;</p><ul><li>High school diploma or equivalent</li><li>Previous woodshop/wood fabrication experience strongly preferred</li><li>Ability to interpret blueprints and drawings</li><li>CNC machine experience</li><li>Applicants must have a high level of mechanical aptitude</li><li>Applicants must have good communication skills</li><li>Applicants must have basic computer knowledge</li><li>Applicants must be detail oriented, dependable, and work well in a team environment.</li><li>Applicants must be able to bend, stoop, reach high and low, work at a constant pace, and lift and carry up to 75 pounds.</li><li>Valid Driver&rsquo;s License</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Benefits</strong></p><ul><li>Pivotal Health Solutions offers a complete benefits package including 401K, paid time off, paid holidays and healthcare benefits.</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p>To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential job duty satisfactorily. &nbsp; The requirements listed above are representative of the knowledge, skills, and/or ability required. &nbsp; Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.</p></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div>\n",
