The Crystal Lake Park District is hiring <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Lifeguards</span> to help keep our beach safe, fun, and welcoming all summer long!</p>\n<p>This is an awesome opportunity for teens who are responsible, confident, and ready to step into a leadership role.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-weight: bold\">🛟 What You’ll Be Doing</span></p>\n<p>As a Lifeguard, you’ll:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Watch swimmers and beach areas to keep everyone safe.</li>\n<li>Prevent accidents by spotting unsafe behavior early.</li>\n<li>Respond to water and land emergencies using your training.</li>\n<li>Perform rescues when needed.</li>\n<li>Enforce beach rules in a calm, respectful way.</li>\n<li>Help guests and answer questions with a friendly attitude.</li>\n<li>Work as part of a team and support fellow lifeguards.</li>\n<li>Attend weekly trainings and staff meetings.</li>\n<li>Help with light cleanup to keep the beach looking great.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-weight: bold\">✅ What You Need</span></p>\n<p>You’re a great fit if you:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Are <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">at least 16 years old.</span></li>\n<li>Can earn prior to the start of the season or already have:\n<ul>\n<li>StarGuard Lifeguard Certification<br></li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n<li>Can pass lifeguard skill tests and a vision screening.</li>\n<li>Stay alert, focused, and calm in busy situations.</li>\n<li>Are comfortable enforcing rules and speaking up when safety matters.</li>\n<li>Show responsibility, teamwork, and a positive attitude.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>👉 <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">No experience? No problem!
