Are you ready to join a team that dreams as big as you do?</p><p></p><p><b>ROLE SUMMARY: </b></p><p>We are seeking a hands-on, data-driven Operations Supervisor to lead daily warehouse activities in a fast-paced beverage distribution environment. This role is responsible for driving execution on the floor while using data and performance metrics to improve productivity, quality, and service.</p><p></p><p>You will supervise a team of 15–20 warehouse employees, ensuring safe, efficient, and accurate operations across picking, staging, and loading.
