font-size: 16px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Cares for and monitors patients before, during, and post dialysis treatment.&nbsp;</li><li dir=\"auto\" style=\"font-family: verdana, sans-serif; font-size: 16px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Prepares dialysis machine and its components for treatment.&nbsp;</li><li dir=\"auto\" style=\"font-family: verdana, sans-serif; font-size: 16px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Transports patients, records patient&#39;s weight, temperature, blood pressure, pulse rate and respiration rate.&nbsp;</li><li dir=\"auto\" style=\"font-family: verdana, sans-serif; font-size: 16px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Explains dialysis procedure and operation of hemodialysis machine to patient before treatment to allay anxieties.&nbsp;</li><li dir=\"auto\" style=\"font-family: verdana, sans-serif; font-size: 16px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Inspects and cleans area of access (fistula, graft, or catheter)&nbsp;</li><li dir=\"auto\" style=\"font-family: verdana, sans-serif; font-size: 16px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Inspects equipment settings, including pressures, conductivity (proportion of chemicals to water), and temperature to ensure conformance to safety standards.&nbsp;</li><li dir=\"auto\" style=\"font-family: verdana, sans-serif; font-size: 16px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Starts patient treatment according to physician order. &nbsp;</li><li dir=\"auto\" style=\"font-family: verdana, sans-serif; font-size: 16px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Monitors patient for adverse reaction and hemodialysis machine for malfunction.&nbsp;</li><li dir=\"auto\" style=\"font-family: verdana, sans-serif; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Minimum of 3 months of dialysis, phlebotomy, or CNA/PCA experience preferred.</li><li style=\"font-size: 16px; font-family: verdana, sans-serif; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">CPR certification required within 90 days of hire.</li><li style=\"font-size: 16px; font-family: verdana, sans-serif; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Ability to distinguish primary colors - <em>as demonstrated by passing the Ishihara Color Vision Test.</em></li><li style=\"font-size: 16px; font-family: verdana, sans-serif; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Successful completion of our dialysis training program, including demonstrated competency, within 12 weeks of hire.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"font-size: 16px; font-family: verdana, sans-serif; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Must meet Center for Medicaid/Medicare Services (CMS)-approved national certification requirements within the CMS timeline. &nbsp;Certification must be maintained as current and in good standing. &nbsp;</li><li style=\"font-size: 16px; font-family: verdana, sans-serif; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Must be flexible to work most days/times (no set shifts).&nbsp;</li><li style=\"font-size: 16px; font-family: verdana, sans-serif; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">Demonstrated working knowledge of the English language and ability to communicate verbally and in writing.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"font-size: 16px;
