You will partner with business line managers to understand and frame operational problems for further analysis.</p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Develop and maintain professional knowledge regarding the market drivers, market trends, economic forecasts, supplier base, and competitive intelligence.</li>\n <li>Negotiate contract elements, including terms and conditions, pricing, lead-time, engineering standardization and category strategy development.</li>\n <li>Communicate and coordinate supplier strategies. Serve as customer contact and alliance manager for supply chain issues.</li>\n <li>Manage suppliers’ performance, including support, development and monitoring of supplier performance metrics, as well as corrective action plans for performance failures.</li>\n <li>Prepare, distribute and award RFQ blankets and review expiring blankets for re-bid to ensure commodity and inventory strategies are aligned with key customer initiatives/metrics.</li>\n <li>Analyze material demand and determine inventory strategy or alternative supply chain strategies for maintaining high material availability at the lowest total ownership costs.</li>\n <li>Determine, load and update pricing and lead time in purchasing database.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor’s Degree – Supply Chain Management/Administration is required.</li>\n <li>Bachelor’s Degree – International Economy &amp; Trading / Supply Chain Management / Administration is preferred.</li>\n <li>5 years’ related experience with a proven track record in supply chain value.</li>\n <li>Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience dominating the below skills:</li>\n <li>Proven, effective analytical skills.</li>\n <li>Exceptional communication skills.</li>\n <li>Strong MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills, ability to generate accurate and timely analysis using advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.</li>\n <li>Strong data mining, aggregation and analytical skills.</li>\n <li>Ability to work quickly and accurately and manage process to finalize open items pending from external sources.</li>\n <li>Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.</li>\n <li>Ability to work collaboratively across multiple functions and departments within the organization.</li>\n <li>Ability to work effectively under time constraints and multi task.</li>\n <li>Ability to work with ambiguity.</li>\n <li>Motivated self-starter who is organized, efficient and team- oriented.</li>\n <li>Ability to travel 0-25% of the time.&nbsp;</li>\n</ul>\n<p>&nbsp;</p>",
