You will also need to be able to command the respect of colleagues and clients, and experienced in successfully leading teams across a number of projects. This capability should be matched by excellent interpersonal skills, and a readiness to represent us at meetings with clients and architects.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">The ideal candidate digits and skills …</span><br><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">— 6-8 years’ experience, with minimum one years’ experience at an established engineering practice in the UK</span><br><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">— Chartered with ICE or IStructE</span><br><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">— Strong interest in architecture and the relationship between structural engineering and architectural design</span><br><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">— Ability and enjoyment in communicating with a pencil, taking sketch to constructed frame : understanding how one leads to the other</span><br><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">— A portfolio of built projects</span><br><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">— Proficiency in Revit, ETABS, SAFE and Rhino preferred</span></p>",
