This role serves as the primary point of contact for assigned customer projects, coordinating resources, managing schedules, and driving project completion within established timelines and budgets. The Project Specialist II proactively ensures customers realize the full value of our software and services throughout their implementation journey, building trust through consistent delivery of milestones and effective stakeholder communication.</p><p>Key Responsibilities</p><ul><li>Lead end-to-end project planning, execution, and delivery for small to medium customer implementation projects, managing schedules, coordinating Professional Services resources, and ensuring on-time, on-budget completion</li><li>Serve as the primary project contact for customers, fostering strong relationships through transparent communication, proactive issue resolution, and regular status updates to internal and external stakeholders</li><li>Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation including project plans, status reports, meeting minutes, and risk assessments to ensure alignment and visibility across all stakeholders</li><li>Collaborate across departments to coordinate implementation activities, resolve escalations, and ensure seamless delivery of products and services that meet customer expectations</li><li>Manage project financial performance by tracking budgets, monitoring resource allocation, and ensuring projects remain within approved financial parameters while delivering quality outcomes.</li></ul>",
