          "text": "<p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li><strong>Current or recent unclaimed property experience OR Subject Matter Expert for Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable functions.</strong></li><li><strong>Must have an advanced understanding of accounting to work with balance sheets, journal entries, and payment processing,</strong></li><li><strong>Advanced ERP (especially SAP, also Oracle if possible) research skills</strong></li><li><strong>Strong attention to detail and accuracy skills.</strong></li><li>Ability to clearly articulate in written form what their investigation concludes for ERP transactions under their review</li><li>Advanced Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) skills.</li><li>Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, achieve goals, and work under pressure in a dynamic and complex environment.</li><li>Knowledge and understanding of US unclaimed property a plus</li><li>Familiarity with researching state and local tax and unclaimed property laws and regulations</li></ul>",
