Key responsibilities include: Implementing, sustaining, and monitoring enterprise management infrastructure to maintain approved release levels and ensure compliance with DHA &amp; DoD cybersecurity standards.&nbsp;</li><li>Supporting patch management, including routine, zero-day, and maintenance window operations, ensuring timely compliance across enterprise devices. Developing, maintaining, and deploying operating system images, software packages, and hardware driver packages to support enterprise delivery requirements.&nbsp;</li><li>Creating and sustaining asset, software, and hardware intelligence, license management reporting, and SQL-based enterprise management reporting.&nbsp;</li><li>Managing ITC test environments and custom proof-of-concept builds to validate enterprise solutions prior to production deployment.&nbsp;</li><li>Providing enterprise monitoring, preventive maintenance, and technical documentation in accordance with DHA service management and reporting standards.&nbsp;</li><li>The EM Administrator will collaborate across enterprise IT and cybersecurity teams, contribute to Zero Trust and Identity/Access Management initiatives, and ensure mission assurance through compliant, reliable, and secure IT services delivery.</li></ul><p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p></div>\n",
