If you enjoy partnering with subject matter experts, simplifying complex systems and processes, and creating training people actually use, this is an opportunity to make a visible impact in a mission‑driven organization.</p><p>In this <strong>onsite, 6‑month contract role</strong>, you’ll shape onboarding, systems training, compliance, and process‑based learning that supports day‑to‑day operations and helps teams deliver better service across the organization.</p><p><strong>What You’ll Be Doing</strong></p><p>You’ll design, develop, and maintain learning materials that help employees understand systems, policies, and processes.</p><p>Key responsibilities include:</p><ul><li>Designing and developing training in multiple formats (instructor‑led training, e‑learning, job aids, quick reference guides, videos, and documentation)</li><li>Applying adult learning principles to create clear, engaging, and practical training</li><li>Developing learning objectives, outlines, storyboards, and assessments</li><li>Creating scenario‑based knowledge checks and applied learning activities</li><li>Partnering with HR, subject matter experts, and leaders to gather content and understand training needs</li><li>Supporting onboarding, systems training, policy, procedure, and compliance initiatives</li><li>Updating training materials as systems, processes, and regulations change</li><li>Supporting the Learning Management System (LMS), including content organization and feedback review</li><li>Using learner feedback to continuously improve training effectiveness</li></ul>",

          "text": "<p><strong>What We’re Looking For</strong></p><p>You don’t need to be flashy, just clear, organized, and thoughtful about how adults learn.</p><p><strong>A strong fit will have:</strong></p><ul><li>A Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Training, Education, HR, or a related field (or equivalent experience)</li><li>Experience designing training for adult learners in a professional setting</li><li>Working knowledge of instructional design principles and adult learning theory</li><li>Strong written and verbal communication skills</li><li>Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines</li></ul><p><strong>Nice to have (not required):</strong></p><ul><li>Experience supporting internal learning or L&amp;D teams</li><li>Familiarity with e‑learning tools (Articulate, Camtasia, Adobe, etc.)</li><li>Experience working with Learning Management Systems</li><li>Experience in nonprofit, public sector, or housing environments</li><li>A relatable, engaging facilitation style</li></ul>",
