      "content": "\n<li>Collaborate with product design and development teams to develop and understand product specifications, requirements, and manufacturing challenges</li>\n<li>Develop, implement, and qualify manufacturing processes for new products, ensuring they meet quality, cost, and production rate targets</li>\n<li>Design and optimize production layouts, tooling, and fixtures to support efficient manufacturing</li>\n<li>Conduct Design for Manufacturing (DFM) and Design for Assembly (DFA) analysis to improve product design</li>\n<li>Create and maintain process documentation, including work instructions, process flow diagrams, pFMEA’s, and standard operating procedures (SOPs)</li>\n<li>Coordinate with the supply chain and planning teams to source components and materials, ensuring timely delivery and compliance with quality standards</li>\n<li>Develop, monitor and analyze manufacturing performance metrics to identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities</li>\n<li>Provide hands-on training and support to production personnel on work instructions, processes, equipment, and best practices</li>\n<li>Troubleshoot and resolve production and quality issues, collaborating with relevant teams to ensure timely resolution</li>\n<li>Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards</li>\n"

      "content": "\n<li>Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent work experience</li>\n<li>5+ years of experience in manufacturing engineering, with experience transitioning products from R&amp;D to manufacturing</li>\n<li>Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies</li>\n<li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams</li>\n<li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a detail-oriented approach</li>\n<li>Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities</li>\n"
