    "description": "<h2>Position Summary</h2>\n<p>Odyssey Systems is seeking a <strong>Senior Systems Cybersecurity</strong> Specialist to ensure system and application deliverables meet all Department of Defense (DoD) and Air Force cybersecurity requirements. This role requires strict adherence to DoD and Air Force policies, frameworks, and certification standards throughout the contract period, including RMF and PKI implementation.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>This is a full time on-site position located at Hanscom AFB, MA.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p>In this Advisory and Assistance Services (A&AS) role, you will provide expert-level support to Department of Defense (DoD) programs by assisting government leadership with decision-making, planning, and execution throughout the acquisition lifecycle. You will apply your technical and/or professional expertise to ensure compliance with applicable policies and regulations, contribute to mission success, and help deliver critical capabilities to the warfighter.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Duties include, but not limited to: </strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li><p>Ensure 100% of personnel delivering cybersecurity services are certified per DoD 8570.01-M standards.</p></li>\n <li><p>Ensure all system and application deliverables comply with DoDI 8500.01 (Cybersecurity) and AFI 33-200 (Air Force Cybersecurity Program Management).</p></li>\n <li><p>Support implementation and compliance with DoDI 8510.01 and AFI 33-210 regarding the Risk Management Framework (RMF) for DoD Information Technology.</p></li>\n <li><p>Support activities in accordance with DoDI 8520.02 to enable PKI-supported capabilities (biometrics, encryption, digital signatures, identification, and authentication).</p></li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Citizenship: Must be a US citizen</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><em><strong>Minimum Required Qualifications</strong></em></p>\n<p><strong>Clearance</strong><strong>: </strong>Must have and be able to maintain a Top Secret clearance</p>\n<p><strong>Education: </strong>BA/BS degree and 15 years of experience in the respective technical/professional discipline being performed, of which 5 years must be in the DoD; <strong>OR</strong> </p>\n<ul>\n <li><p>20 years of directly related experience with proper certifications as described in the Functionally Aligned Job Descriptions, of which 8 years must be in the DoD.</p></li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Certifications: </strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><em><strong>Preferred Qualifications</strong></em></p>\n<p><strong>Education: </strong>Master’s degree</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><em><strong>Technical Skills</strong></em></p>\n<ul>\n <li><p>Working knowledge of DoDI 8500.01, DoDI 8510.01, DoDI 8520.02</p></li>\n <li><p>Hands-on experience implementing RMF in DoD environments</p></li>\n <li><p>Expertise in PKI/PK enabling capabilities and compliance</p></li>\n <li><p>Familiarity with cybersecurity-related CDRLs and documentation standards</p></li>\n</ul>\n<p><em><strong>Interpersonal Skills</strong></em></p>\n<ul>\n <li><p>Excellent written and verbal communication skills</p></li>\n <li><p>Ability to interpret and apply complex DoD policies and regulations</p></li>\n <li><p>Strong organizational skills and attention to detail</p></li>\n <li><p>Ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders</p></li>\n</ul>\n<p><em><strong>Additional Information</strong></em></p>\n<p><strong>Location: </strong>Hanscom AFB, MA</p>\n<p><strong>Onsite </strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>#LI-RB1</p>\n<h2>Company Overview</h2>\n<p><strong>Odyssey </strong>is a world-class technical, engineering, and integration company serving the warfighting ecosystem with airborne integration, ISR, C2, and warfighter readiness capabilities.
