The successful candidate will be responsible for inspecting and verifying components in the assembly of precast elements, including framework, reinforcing steel, insulation, concrete, and related components.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Join our high-performing team today if you can demonstrate a strong work ethic, navigate challenges with resilience, and be immersed in a culture of constant innovation.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(49, 96, 148); font-weight: bold\">Job Description</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Responsible for performing routine tests as required on raw materials in process components and the final product.</li>\n<li>Daily monitoring and documentation of concrete performance measurements.</li>\n<li>Participate in the validation of tests, inspections, processing methods, and material qualification.</li>\n<li>Responsible for checking the accuracy of formwork, reinforced steel, and concrete placement.</li>\n<li>Monitor concrete temperature, slump, chemical additives, air content, and strength on a daily basis.</li>\n<li>Testing all aspects of the product before and after casting to ensure the product meets the quality that Eagle is known for.</li>\n<li>Adhere to all company policies and procedures.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(49, 96, 148); font-weight: bold\">Requirements</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Applicants selected for interview will be required to complete pre-employment prior to hire</li>\n<li>Valid Class 5 license and reliable transportation</li>\n<li>Minimum 40 hours per week, must be flexible and willing to work overtime</li>\n<li>Available to work Monday – Friday, occasional Saturday</li>\n<li>Physically fit with the ability to perform physically demanding work for extended periods</li>\n<li>Adequate knowledge of computers and ability to learn new software</li>\n<li>Ability to read and interpret blueprints and measurements</li>\n<li>Ability to work in a team environment with minimal supervision</li>\n<li>Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail</li>\n<li>Proficient in both verbal and written English communication</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(49, 96, 148); font-weight: bold\">Assets</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Previous quality control / assurance experience</li>\n<li>Previous experience in precast concrete</li>\n<li>PCI, CCIL certifications</li>\n<li>Familiar with methods of curing, vibrations, and pre-stress procedures</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(49, 96, 148); font-weight: bold\">What Eagle Builders Offers</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Professional Growth: </span>Access to personality and behavior assessments to optimize individual and team success.
