This combination of leading-edge medicine and deep compassion for the people we serve has been a hallmark of PMC since 1952. &nbsp; &nbsp; PMC consists of over 130 providers, approximately 750 employees, and 16 locations.&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>What will you do as a PMC WIC Supervisor</strong></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\" data-pasted=\"true\">The WIC supervisor will be responsible for planning, organizing and coordinating daily operations within an assigned clinic/department to ensure quality patient care in their assigned department. Fills in the clinical role only as needed due to staffing issues.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong><em>A day in the life of a PMC WIC&nbsp;</em></strong><strong>Supervisor <em>may include:</em></strong></p><div style=\"margin-left:0in;\" data-pasted=\"true\"><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Plans, organizes and supervises WIC duties and provides leadership in complying with governmental, accreditation and other regulations / requirements and with the policies set forth by Pinehurst Medical Clinic.</li></ul></div><div style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Assists in the selection, training, monitoring, and evaluation of the departmental staff.</li></ul></div><div style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Supervises WIC staff.&nbsp;</li></ul></div><div style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Participates in the oversight and coordination of services related to the assessment, support, and continuous improvement of patient and operational outcomes, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and standards.&nbsp;</li></ul></div><div style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Monitors and tracks all medications, supplies and equipment.&nbsp;</li></ul></div><div style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Operates within the scope of the supervisory role to develop, implement, and monitor service or operational plans. Effectively communicates plans, expectations, and updates to team members and stakeholders, including coordination of schedules, services, processes, and resources, while ensuring clear understanding and execution.&nbsp;</li></ul></div><div style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Reviews, verifies, and completes required documentation and administrative processes related to services, referrals, equipment, and other operational or patient needs, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely follow-through.</li></ul></div><div style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Help maintain patient flow and workflow. Proactively identifies environmental, equipment, or process-related risks, communicates concerns, and follows through to ensure timely resolution and adherence to organizational policies</li></ul></div><div style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><ul style=\"margin-left: 0in;\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Maintains patient areas and working spaces in a clean, neat and orderly manner.
