      "content": "<li>Associate degree or technical training in a related field.</li><li>Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Distribution, Engineering, Supply Chain, Sales, or related field (preferred).</li><li>Coursework, training or certifications in Fluid Power, Fluid Process, or Fluid Conveyance (preferred).</li><li>Internship or co-op experience in a sales/distribution or manufacturing environment (preferred).</li><li><b>Mechanical interest and aptitude.</b></li><li><b>Ability to start work in Summer/Winter 2026.</b></li><li><b>Willingness to relocate for training (12+ months) and for final placement at completion of program.</b></li><li><b>Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to be outgoing, friendly, approachable and build relationships with peers and potential customers.</b></li><li><b>Competitive in nature with a passion for winning and a commitment to delivering top results in a performance-based environment.</b></li>"
