The ideal candidate will combine strong technical understanding of Salesforce with hands-on project leadership and agile delivery expertise.</span></p>\n<p><span><b>Key Responsibilities:</b></span></p>\n<ul>\n <li><span>Lead Salesforce project delivery across discovery, design, build, testing, and deployment.</span></li>\n <li><span>Act as Scrum Master: run sprint ceremonies, manage backlog, remove blockers, and ensure agile best practices.</span></li>\n <li><span>Coordinate with architects, developers, QA, product owners, and business stakeholders.</span></li>\n <li><span>Translate business requirements into technical solutions and oversee build quality.</span></li>\n <li><span>Track project progress, risks, dependencies, and deliverables, ensuring on-time execution.</span></li>\n <li><span>Manage releases, environments, and DevOps alignment.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span><b>Required Skills:</b></span></p>\n<ul>\n <li><span>6–10 years of Salesforce delivery experience with strong understanding of Sales/Service Cloud, integrations, and platform capabilities.</span></li>\n <li><span>Proven experience as <b>Scrum Master</b>&nbsp;in Salesforce or cloud projects.</span></li>\n <li><span>Strong communication, planning, and stakeholder management skills.</span></li>\n <li><span>Ability to guide technical teams, review solutions, and ensure adherence to best practices.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span><b>Good to Have:</b></span></p>\n<ul>\n <li><span>Certifications: <b>CSM/PSM</b>, <b>Salesforce Admin/PD1</b>, Agile certifications.</span></li>\n</ul>",
