This role will be based at <strong>Providence Everett Medical Center</strong>, but also rotate though our affiliated sites include our flagship hospital, <strong>Swedish Medical Center</strong> - First Hill, and Issaquah MFM Clinic.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>You'll Love this Role If:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>You value <strong>complex patient cases</strong> and providing <strong>full obstetric care</strong></li>\n <li>You enjoy strong collaboration within a fast-pace yet highly supportive environment</li>\n <li><strong>Have experience in inpatient settings</strong> while rounding on patients, providing <strong>prenatal and postpartum care</strong></li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Manage patients referred for<strong> hypertension, diabetes, medical complications, fetal anomalies, and other complications.</strong></li>\n <li><strong>Conduct triage visits</strong>, wound care, routine visits, and follow-up consultations.</li>\n <li><strong>No</strong> labor and delivery management. </li>\n <li><strong>Cover satellite practices</strong> in Everett and Issaquah, ensuring patient continuity, follow-up consultations, referral triage, and antenatal testing.</li>\n <li><strong>Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team</strong> including Ob/Gyn residency program, family practice residency, OB fellowship program, and 24/7 OB Hospitalists.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Ideal Schedule with Work-Life Balance Focus</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Most weekends off per week, <strong>working days only!</strong></li>\n <li>1 out of 5 weekend, daytime inpatient rounding and lab duties (typically half days). </li>\n <li><strong>No patient calls on weekends</strong>---mostly lab or rounding</li>\n <li><strong>No night call</strong></li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>The Ideal Candidate:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Has a strong background in OB care with an<strong> interest in high-risk and critical care</strong>.</li>\n <li>Able to<strong> work independently </strong>and collaborate without extensive support</li>\n <li><strong>Experienced </strong>with prenatal diagnosis, interpretation of ultrasound reports, and managing complicated pregnancies is a plus.</li>\n <li><strong>Possesses strong Communication</strong> Skills and Empathy.</li>\n <li>Values an attention <strong>to Detail and Critical Thinking</strong>.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>About Seattle, WA:</strong></p>The Seattle area offers stunning natural beauty—surrounded by mountains, water, and endless opportunities for hiking, skiing, and outdoor adventure. We are currently not considering candidates with FNP or PNP certification. </li>\n <li><strong>WA State Licensure</strong> (active or in process) and Prescriptive Authority.</li>\n <li><strong>Experience in L&D or high-risk OB required.</strong></li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Benefits and Compensation</h2>\n<p><strong>Pay Range (Base Pay)</strong>: $147,000 - $180,000 </p>\n<p><strong>Other Types of Pay</strong>:</p>\n<p>Regular full-time is classified as team members who are consistently scheduled and work 30 hours or more on a weekly basis.
