    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><link href=\"https://static.workforcenow.adp.com/mas/mdf-components/24.37.25/styles/froala_editor.pkgd.min.css\" rel=\"stylesheet\" type=\"text/css\">&nbsp;<link href=\"https://static.workforcenow.adp.com/mas/mdf-components/24.37.25/styles/froala_style.min.css\" rel=\"stylesheet\" type=\"text/css\"><div class=\"fr-view\"><p id=\"isPasted\"><strong>POSITION SUMMARY</strong></p><p>Kelvion, one of the leading global manufacturers of heat exchangers is seeking to hire a detail-oriented Quality Technician to work with our Quality Team at our Paducah, Kentucky location. &nbsp;The primary responsibility of the Quality Technician will be to perform incoming inspections to prevent non-conforming parts or materials from being used in the manufacturing process. &nbsp;In addition, this individual will assist in maintaining the Quality Management System (QMS) for Kelvion. &nbsp;This will include process auditing, product quality objectives and other activities related to the manufacturing process.&nbsp;</p><p><strong>&nbsp;</strong><strong>OVERALL OBJECTIVES OF ROLE</strong></p><p>To improve the overall quality of products being manufactured and ensuring conformance to engineering and quality standards are met by performing receiving inspections on incoming parts and materials.</p><p><strong>PRIMARY CUSTOMER FOCUS</strong></p><p>To ensure Kelvion&rsquo;s Standard of Excellence, which includes quality, safety and functionality, is evident in the work completed by the Quality Department, guaranteeing customer satisfaction.</p><p>&nbsp;<strong>RESPONSIBILITIES &amp; DUTIES</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Perform local deliveries to customer and pick-ups from local vendors</li><li>Initiate and maintains tool program</li><li>Assist in determining the room cause for quality problems</li><li>Assist in issuing corrective actions for non-conforming material</li><li>Audit internal processes for conformance&nbsp;</li><li>Perform inspections on manufactured products, works in process and finishing goods, to ensure procedures are being followed and the products meet the specified standards.</li><li>Initiate &ldquo;Quality Alerts&rdquo; when non-conformances are identified</li><li>Be able to perform continue improvement activities, such as Lean Manufacturing, 6S Kaizen events, workplace organization, etc.</li><li>Ensure inspection records and reports are kept in a timely manner</li><li>Build and retain local customer relationships for quality needs.&nbsp;</li></ul><p><strong>&nbsp;</strong><strong>RESPONSIBILITIES &ndash;
