This role is responsible for leading project teams, managing multiple concurrent construction projects, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and in compliance with district standards and program requirements.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Education Requirements</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Bachelor’s degree in:</span>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Architecture</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Engineering</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Urban Planning</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Construction Management</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">What You’ll Need to Get the Job Done</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Minimum five (5) years of experience managing multiple construction projects</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Experience working within large capital improvement programs</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Familiarity with applicable Public Codes and public sector construction requirements</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Strong leadership and team management skills</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Ability to manage project schedules, budgets, risks, and stakeholder communications</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Experience utilizing Building Information Modeling (BIM)</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Knowledge of all phases of the project life cycle including planning, design, construction, and closeout</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Experience with alternative project delivery methods</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Experience using web-based project management systems such as Proliance</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Experience with LEED-certified and/or Collaborative for High Performing Schools (CHPS) projects</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Experience in formal construction partnering</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Experience with Division of the State Architect (DSA) construction/design processes or similar regulatory agencies</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;
