If this describes you and you are passionate about food, quality, guest service and growth, come join our team!</p><p>As a Shift Lead you will play a vital role in leading and supporting operations!</p><p>What you will do:</p><ul><li>Greets all customers in a friendly, and helpful in a timely manner</li><li>Take customer orders over the counter and phone orders</li><li>Acknowledges and addresses customer concerns</li><li>Directs team members on shift to follow all cash management and cash register policies.</li><li>Executes store operations during scheduled shifts; organizes opening and closing duties as assigned.</li><li>Prepares daily administrative paperwork, cash reconciliations for entire day (including voids, refunds, and returns), and daily deposit preparation</li><li>Gives breaks as necessary, when appropriate, and according to labor law guidelines.</li><li>Maintains focus on food standards, costs, and safety during the shift.</li><li>Performs nightly inventory.</li><li>Ensures team members are following all work safety guidelines</li><li>Understands and complies with food safety and temperature standards.
