Recognized as the Department of Defense's constructive disruptor for space acquisition, SDA delivers space-based capabilities to the joint warfighter to support terrestrial missions through development, fielding, and operation of the Proliferated Warfighter Space Architecture. SDA capitalizes on a unique business model that values speed and lowers costs by harnessing commercial development to achieve a proliferated architecture and enhance resilience. We are seeking a Industrial Security Program Security Representative to support SDA’s mission. Responsibilities include:</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Provide daily multi-discipline analysis for SCI and collateral activities.</li>\n <li>Ensure strict adherence to the provisions of the NISPOM, its Supplement, DoW, DCID, ICD and DAF policy.</li>\n <li>Assist in developing and executing approved policies and procedures for safeguarding SCI and collateral data in support of US military operations, including Security Classification Guides.</li>\n <li>Provide daily security support that includes continuous assessment of procedures and provide recommendations for revising and improving security policies, procedures, and plans; draft Standard Operation Procedures.</li>\n <li>Prepare DD 254s and coordinate approval routing.</li>\n <li>Conduct Program Protection Plan reviews and coordination to ensure OPSEC protections for Critical Program Information.</li>\n <li>Conduct and document Information Protection and SCI compliance reviews and monitor, report, and track all corrective actions resulting from compliance reviews.</li>\n <li>Conduct investigation of any loss, compromise, or suspected compromise, of classified or sensitive information, including conducting preliminary inquiries and generating damage assessments resulting from a loss of classified information.</li>\n <li>General Security duties as assigned.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Required Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Must be TS cleared with SCI Eligibility, at minimum; #qinetiqclearedjob</li>\n <li>5 years+ related experience required</li>\n <li>Excellent communication skills (oral & written)</li>\n <li>Must be a proactive, self-starter</li>\n <li>Working knowledge of several security disciplines: Industrial, OSPEC, Information, Program Protection</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Preferred Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor's Degree</li>\n <li>Security Fundamentals Professional Certificate (SFPC) </li>\n <li>Air Force Security Manager Training Curriculum</li>\n <li>DoD and IC experience preferred (DoD most critical)</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Company EEO Statement</h2>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Accessibility/Accommodation:</strong></p>\n<p>If because of a medical condition or disability you need a reasonable accommodation for any part of the employment process, please send an e-mail to [email protected] or call (540) 658-2720 Opt. 1 and let us know the nature of your request and contact information.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>QinetiQ US is an Equal Opportunity employer.
