About the Role Account Coordinators partner with all members of the account team to provide hands on support wherever needed. You are a curious observer and are passionate about learning our industry and building a strong foundation. You are proactive and resourceful and not afraid to dive into the details to get things done. What You’ll Do Establish and build relationships internally and with clients Demonstrate business etiquette in meetings and written communications Provide administrative support to the team including updating status reports, taking meeting notes, scheduling meetings, budget tracking, etc. Begin to ‘manage the making’ of communications assets and understand Ogilvy’s process Manage small projects and support senior team members on larger projects Assist with project management/workflow system data entry and reporting Complete basic analyses of client’s business results and competitive landscapes Become familiar with Ogilvy’s departments and expert groups and their roles What You’ll Need 0-2 years of experience Strong written and verbal communication skills Strong skills in research and analysis Ability to anticipate needs and provide solutions/ideas Critical attention to detail Effective collaborator Good listener and reliable How We’ll Support You Ogilvy celebrates its people. The base salary range for this position at the time of this posting is indicated below. Individual compensation varies based on job-related factors, including location, business needs, level of responsibility, experience, and qualifications.
