    "description_html": "Stand-up Forklift Operator in Concord, NC<br>Shift: 3rd shift (Sunday - Thursday 11pm - 7am)<br>Pay Rate: $18.50-18.75 per hour<br>Full time, Excellent Pay & Benefits<p><strong>We offer:</strong></p><ul><li>5 Days of PTO</li><li>6 Paid Holidays</li><li>Up to 50% of health insurance premiums paid by Impact</li><li>Access to a retirement plan, financial fitness, and employee savings programs</li></ul><p>Role: Supply workstations and machines with basic supplies and product for packaging and maintain floor stock neat and clean in staging areas.</p><p>Job Duties and Responsibilities:</p><ul><li>· Maintain and cycle count floor stock - using scales</li><li>· Handle, stage and maintain flow of all materials to and from machines presses, assembly and packaging areas, rework areas and storage racks.</li><li>· Assemble or pack as required.</li><li>· Responsible for disposing of trash and corrugation for departments.</li><li>· Follow direction of the area Process Tech, Set up or Lead Person for guidance in prioritizing material flow to and from work centers.</li><li>· Utilize Kanban system to determine priorities concerning materials replenishment.</li><li>· Clean, load and unload hoppers, granulators as required.</li><li>· Change colors as needed when going from one part color to another.</li><li>· Maintain accurate raw material inventory, print and fill out scrap reports.</li><li>· Move finish goods as required</li><li>· Assist with changeovers.</li><li>· May run labels, print production travelers and order supplies as needed.</li><li>· May prioritize and order parts from presses as needed.</li><li>· May kit, set up work cells, responsible for first piece.</li><li>· Maintain accurate inventory and records. Capable of researching materials needed.</li><li>· Maintain high level of housekeeping to 5 S Standards.</li><li>· Total responsibility to eliminate non-conformance within quality of products.</li><li>· All other duties as directed by the Supervisor</li></ul><p>Profile:</p><ul><li>· Education: High school degree or GED preferred.</li><li>· Experience: Minimum three months manufacturing experience.
