    "description_html": "<p>We are seeking a licensed Registered Occupational Therapist (OTR) to work in<strong> Columbus, Indiana.</strong></p><p><b>Requirements for a Registered Occupational Therapist:</b></p><ul><li>Be a graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy college</li><li>Display evidence of interest in continued education within the profession and is encouraged to be a member of the American Occupational Therapy Organization (AOTA)</li><li>Must be licensed in the State of Indiana to practice OT</li><li>May be responsible for supervising/training personnel such as COTA</li><li>CPR Certified or willing to obtain certification</li><li>Previous experience in home health or in a health care setting is recommended but not required</li></ul><p><b>Responsibilities for a Registered Occupational Therapist:</b></p><ul><li>Follow receipt of a doctor's referral, the therapist is responsible for evaluating the patient within 24 hours of written referral</li><li>Recommend programs will be patient specific to diagnosis according to the type/age of patient under program</li><li>After evaluating the patient, the therapist is responsible for planning, administering and supervising the COTA in an appropriate treatment plan</li><li>Will communicate with the referring physician and member of the rehabilitation team regarding the patient's total treatment program.</li><li>Will maintain an accurate daily record of treatments given to patients</li><li><i><b>PRN.</b></i></li></ul><p><i>* Must be fully vaccinated against Covid-19, or have a Medical or Religious Exemption to be employed by Indiana Fitness Works. *FULL TIME employees may be eligible for benefits. Waiting period will apply.</i></p>",
