    "description": "<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Description</span></p>\n<p>The Site Security Lead reports directly to the Security Program Manager and is responsible for overseeing on-site security operations, personnel, training, and client coordination. This role provides leadership and operational guidance to Site Security Specialists, supports risk mitigation efforts, and maintains strong communication with client leadership to help ensure a safe, secure, and professional environment.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership and management experience, with the ability to supervise personnel, manage priorities, drive performance, and uphold high standards of professionalism and operational effectiveness.</p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Desired Skill Sets</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Demonstrated leadership and management ability, including supervising personnel, directing daily operations, enforcing policy compliance, and maintaining operational standards within a security environment</li>\n<li>Strong organizational and administrative skills, with the ability to manage scheduling, reporting, compliance documentation, training records, and multiple operational priorities simultaneously</li>\n<li>Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite, report writing, electronic documentation systems, scheduling platforms, and web-based security or learning management systems</li>\n<li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients, leadership, staff, vendors, and law enforcement personnel</li>\n<li>Ability to build and maintain strong working relationships with client leadership, internal management, and assigned personnel while supporting a professional service-driven environment</li>\n<li>Demonstrated ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and make effective operational decisions with minimal supervision</li>\n<li>Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage sensitive or high-priority situations in a professional manner</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Key Responsibilities</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Serve as the on-site AT-RISK Site Lead responsible for overall program management, operational oversight, personnel supervision, and client coordination at the assigned client location</li>\n<li>Act as the primary liaison between AT-RISK, the client, local leadership, law enforcement, and security personnel to help ensure consistent service delivery, operational alignment, intelligence sharing, and emergency coordination</li>\n<li>Manage all site administrative and operational requirements, including scheduling, reporting, compliance tracking, equipment accountability, Daily Activity Log review, incident documentation, and follow-up investigations as required</li>\n<li>Supervise, mentor, and evaluate assigned personnel to help ensure compliance with company policy, post orders, operational standards, training requirements, and client expectations</li>\n<li>Conduct and oversee both in-house and client-required training programs, including serving as lead instructor for approved security, emergency response, and operational training topics</li>\n<li>Represent AT-RISK on the site crisis management team and support emergency planning, threat mitigation, evacuations, shelter-in-place procedures, crisis lock-down operations, and overall risk management initiatives</li>\n<li>Respond to incidents as an armed active responder and provide initial investigative response and incident triage during security-related events or emergencies</li>\n<li>Demonstrate professionalism, adaptability, and willingness to perform additional job-related duties as assigned in support of the client and operational mission</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Required Certifications/Licenses </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Valid state-issued Armed Security Guard License (where required by jurisdiction)</li>\n<li>Valid Concealed Carry License/Permit (where applicable)</li>\n<li>Legal authority to carry a firearm in the state of assignment</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Active certifications for First Aid, CPR, AED</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Required Experience</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>7–10 years of corporate, operational security, military, or law enforcement experience in dynamic environments</li>\n<li>Experience managing active assailant prevention and response programs (ALERT, Defensive Tactics, Tactical Movement, Retention)</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Required Skills</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Proficient in Microsoft Office, Teams, and database systems for reporting and communication</li>\n<li>Experience conducting investigations</li>\n<li>Strong written and verbal communication skills</li>\n<li>Proficient in physical security systems, including CCTV and access control</li>\n<li>Proficient in firearms handling (concealed carry experience preferred)</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Preferred Qualifications</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>A bachelor’s degree is desired (not a substitute for experience)</li>\n<li>Certificate in Crime Prevention Through Environmental Design</li>\n<li>Certified Physical Security Manager (i.e., DoD – PSM, ASIS – CPP, PSP)</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Required Documentation and Certifications</span></p>\n<p>During the hiring process, applicants will be required to provide documentation to verify qualifications, experience, certifications, and licensing. This may include, but is not limited to, DD214 documentation for prior military service, instructor certifications, security licenses, firearms or training certifications, and other supporting documentation relevant to the position.
