Description

Job Title: Test Engineer (EPD II) Foxconn Assembly LLC San Jose, CA What to Expect This position is responsible for developing, modifying, and maintaining all test software and hardware systems to support production manufacturing. This is an on-site role, and physical presence at the facility is required to perform the job responsibilities effectively. What You’ll Do Develop comprehensive test plans and test cases for server systems Design and implement automated testing procedures to evaluate server performance and reliability Execute tests on server systems, including stress tests, performance tests, and security tests Identify, document, and track bugs and issues, and work with development teams to resolve them Monitor server performance and stability during testing Analyze test results and provide detailed reports on server performance and issues Work closely with software developers, system administrators, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and functionality of server systems Participate in design reviews and provide feedback on system architecture and design Maintain detailed documentation of test procedures, results, and any issues encountered Create and update user manuals and technical documentation as needed Perform other duties as assigned What You’ll Bring A bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering (hardware) or equivalent experience A strong customer service and satisfaction mindset Flexibility and the ability to work effectively in a dynamic, high-pressure manufacturing environment Strong commitment to meeting deadlines and achieving production goals 1 to 3 years of experience with system level testing in manufacturing test environments, including architecture/design, execution, data collection, analysis, and correlation (preferred) Job Type : Full – time Shift : Swing/Night Work Location: San Jose, CA (on-site daily) Compensation : $93,000 - $120,000 annually,  depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience Foxconn Assembly, LLC is an Equal Opportunity Employer (EOE).
