Our experience, technical expertise, and diverse projects in the wireless realm have allowed C Squared Systems to continually evolve as new technologies are developed and the demands of our customers change.&nbsp;</p><p>C<sup>&nbsp;</sup>Squared Systems is currently seeking an enthusiastic entry &ndash; mid level Construction Manager to join our high performing team of technology professionals in Syracuse, NY. &nbsp;This position encompasses leading installation projects from beginning to end, along with supporting the customer requests for new builds, repairs, and routine maintenance.</p><p><strong>Primary Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Exercises independent judgment and discretion in overall project management by prioritizing, planning, and tracking project progress while staying within the budget.</li><li>Daily field deployment to oversee construction.</li><li>Field installation, Coax cable testing/repair, fiber testing/repair, surveys, and coming up with various innovative construction solutions.</li><li>Stakeholder updates using the MS Office Suite</li><li>Consults with management to identify customer needs and coordinate project objectives.</li><li>Manages the resources performing the construction work including direct reporting staff, matrix staff, and vendor and subcontractor resources</li><li>Create/Update SOP&rsquo;s (Standard Operating Procedures).</li><li>Quality Assurance verification for various projects.<strong>&nbsp;</strong></li></ul><p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li>A valid driver&rsquo;s license is required</li><li>A high school diploma with 2-5 year of relevant installation/construction experience, a degree in Construction Management, or a combination of education and experience (compensation for this position will be scaled based on the experience and skill level.)</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills.</li><li>Proficiency with MS Word, Outlook, and Excel.</li><li>Must be able to lift objects of up to 50 pounds</li><li>Experience with hand/power tools, and knowledge of various hardware mounting solutions (drilling into concrete, drywall, wood and mounting equipment to various structures)</li><li>Commitment to conducting daily fieldwork, entailing around 80% travel, which includes occasional night shifts and out-of-state assignments.</li><li>Attention to detail including quality, safety, code, and adhering to customer standards.</li><li>This is a full-time position, salaried position with hours of work being: Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.&nbsp;</li><li>Ability to work beyond normal work hours to get the job done.</li><li>Telecommunication related experience is a plus (but not required)</li><li>Electrical/Conduit experience is a plus (but not required)</li><li>OSHA 10/30 certification is a plus (but not required)</li></ul><p><strong>Desired Characteristics:</strong><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><ul><li>Strong leadership skills &amp; ability to drive projects to timely completion.</li><li>Ability to meet deadlines and work additional hours as needed.</li><li>Initiative-taking and able to work effectively with minimal supervision.</li><li>Proficiency in written and oral communication; fluency in English.</li><li>Ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.</li><li>Capacity to work in a fast-paced, high-energy team setting.</li><li>Strong problem-solving skills and analytical abilities.</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p></div></div></div></div></div>\n",
