Whether you are a recent graduate with untapped potential or a professional with proven experience, we invite you to discover a career path designed for you.  </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Parkhill is one of the largest architectural and engineering firms in the Southwest with 14 offices located throughout Texas, New Mexico, and Oklahoma. </p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Collaborates with team members to develop proposals, scopes, and fees.</li>\n <li>Serve as Engineer-of-Record on aviation civil design projects.</li>\n <li>Prepare, review, and seal engineering calculations, plans, and specifications.</li>\n <li>Ensure technical accuracy and code compliance across all phases of civil design.</li>\n <li>Apply sound engineering judgment to solve complex site layout, grading, drainage, and utility challenges.</li>\n <li>Mentor junior engineers and designers in civil engineering principles and software tools (e.g., Civil 3D).</li>\n <li>Coordinate with permitting agencies and regulatory bodies to ensure environmental and FAA compliance.</li>\n <li>Support proposal development and technical content for business development pursuits.</li>\n <li>Engage in internal design reviews, peer QA/QC checks, and client technical meetings.</li>\n <li>Maintain current knowledge of industry codes, technologies, and aviation design practices.</li>\n <li>Perform other related duties as assigned.</li>\n <li>Other duties as assigned.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor's degree in civil engineering.</li>\n <li>Professional engineer registration (PE) in OK.</li>\n <li>Proficient in AutoCAD Civil 3D and civil design software.</li>\n <li>Strong working knowledge of FAA design standards, stormwater management, and site development.</li>\n <li>Demonstrated experience leading the technical design of aviation or transportation infrastructure projects.</li>\n <li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills.</li>\n <li>Ability to perform engineering work independently and ethically, with minimal supervision.</li>\n <li>Familiarity with environmental regulations, construction practices, and workplace safety standards.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Benefits and Perks</strong></p>\n<p>We offer a comprehensive benefits program that supports the whole person.
