Lead budget and forecast cycles, provide monthly financial insights, and guide decision-making through data. Analyze results, identify trends, and communicate the “why” behind the numbers—not just the “what.” Deliver value-added financial modeling and cost-benefit analysis for special initiatives. Prepare dynamic, data-informed reporting packages for senior leaders. Drive continuous improvement in reporting, processes, and planning accuracy. What You Bring to Long View: 7+ years’ experience in financial analysis, planning, or accounting Deep understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis Exceptional skills in Excel; comfortable with PowerPoint and the full Microsoft suite Strong interpersonal and partnering capabilities—you work well across teams and leadership levels Post-secondary education in Finance or Accounting (preferred) Working towards CPA certification Bonus: Experience in the consulting industry, D365 experience and Solver experience
