    "description": "<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p><strong>Technician 1</strong></p>\n<p>Working under direct supervision of the Supervisor, Configuration, selecting from a variety of established procedures to accomplish assigned duties and responsibilities, the Technician 1, Configuration is responsible for upgrading, and configuring computer systems and other products ordered by customers, ranging from low to marginally complex complexity levels.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>What We Do</strong></p>\n<p>We calm the confusion of IT by guiding the connection between people and technology.
