This role coordinates project activities, supports cross-functional communication, and helps ensure on-time project delivery.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><div style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Assist in planning, scheduling, and executing busway system projects from initiation to close-out.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Support project pricing activities and prepare quotations.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Coordinate with internal departments (Engineering, Sales, Production, Logistics) to ensure smooth project workflow.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Track project schedules, documentation, and action items; escalate issues and risks as needed.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Support communication with clients, contractors, and vendors; organize meetings and provide timely updates.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Coordinate procurement status, manufacturing progress, inventory availability, and site delivery/installation schedules.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Support quality, compliance, and safety requirements; assist with site visits/inspections as needed.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Support project close-out, including final documentation and customer acceptance.</li></ul></div><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Travel / Site Visits</strong></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Frequent travel and on-site visits are required depending on project needs (including customer sites and job sites).</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Qualifications &amp; Skills</strong></p><div style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Engineering, Business, Project Management, or a related field.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Entry-level candidates welcome (0+ years).
