If you're passionate about people, operational excellence, and building scalable hiring systems, we’d love to meet you.<br><br><strong>Core</strong> <strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Lead end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding.</li><li>Build and manage a local recruitment team, including freelance recruiters and sourcing specialists as needed.</li><li>Collaborate with the sales and operations team to understand hiring needs and translate them into effective recruitment strategies.</li><li>Create and maintain candidate pipelines for common roles (e.g., customer service, virtual assistants, sales reps, etc.).</li><li>Oversee local hiring compliance and advise on best practices in employment standards.</li><li>Implement and optimize ATS tools, assessments, and scorecards to ensure consistent candidate evaluation.</li><li>Maintain key hiring KPIs (time to fill, quality of hire, candidate satisfaction).</li><li>Represent the company at local job fairs or networking events, when relevant.</li></ul><br><br><strong>Must</strong>-<strong>Haves</strong>:<ul><li>3+ years of recruitment experience, preferably in high-volume or international settings.</li><li>Based in Nigeria with deep knowledge of the US labor market and talent pools.</li><li>Exceptional English, both written and verbal.</li><li>Demonstrated ability to manage a team or contractors/freelancers.</li><li>Familiarity with ATS platforms</li><li>Experience recruiting for U.S.-based clients.</li><li>Understanding of US/Nigerian labor laws and employment classifications.</li><li>Strong communication, organization, and time management skills.</li><li>A bias toward action and the ability to work in a fast-paced, startup-like environment.</li><li>Prior experience in remote or international recruiting.</li><li>Ability to work EST</li></ul>",
