Resource is certainly recognized within its immediate organization as a person to ask when difficult questions arise regarding this skill. Lifting up to 50lbs. and will be bending and stretching.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Minimum Qualifications:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Six (6) months of experience as an Aide Trainee; or one year of paid experience in the care and treatment of geriatric or physically ill patients/residents; and graduation from high school or equivalent.</li>\n<li>Resources assigned to positions in a Long-Term Care Unit must be registered and certified by the Pennsylvania Department of Health as having met competency requirements for performing nurse aide work.</li>\n<li>Basic computer skills, including but not limited to Microsoft Office products.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Role Description:</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Performs non-professional nursing work in the care of patients/residents and their quarters in hospitals, infirmaries, long-term care units, or domiciliary care units.</li>\n<li>Provides non-professional nursing services in direct and daily care, rehabilitation, and maintenance of patients/residents and their quarters.</li>\n<li>Follows established rules and regulations and specific instructions from registered nurses and/or physicians.</li>\n<li>Participates in on-the-job, in-service, and formal training to maintain nursing care expertise.</li>\n<li>Assists and encourages patients/residents to take part in prescribed rehabilitative and recreational activities, both individually and in groups.</li>\n<li>Works under close supervision of a licensed professional supervisor who reviews work through reports, inspections, and observation.</li>\n<li>Performs routine duties independently as experience increases<span style=\"font-weight: bold\">.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Join Our Team:</span></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>At <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">CMT Services</span>, we believe that extraordinary results come from empowering exceptional people.
