The position focuses on operational reliability, process management, and safety across water recycling facilities.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Operate and monitor water recycling facilities, including systems comparable to SWD operations</li>\n <li>Manage and support Frac Tanks and related surface equipment</li>\n <li>Perform and monitor chemical injection processes</li>\n <li>Support process management initiatives related to industrial engineering and safety</li>\n <li>Conduct field troubleshooting and operational support for mechanical and process systems</li>\n <li>Assist with preventive maintenance and operational optimization</li>\n <li>Participate in call-out rotation as required</li>\n <li>Maintain compliance with safety, environmental, and operational standards</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>5+ years of relevant field or industrial experience</li>\n <li>Technical degree with formal training in Process Engineering or related discipline.</li>\n <li>Associate degree is acceptable (Bachelor’s degree not required)</li>\n <li>Experience in chemical plants, refineries, or similar industrial environments</li>\n <li>Strong understanding of process operations and safety principles</li>\n <li>Willingness to work in field-based, hands-on operational roles</li>\n <li>Must meet conditional job offer requirements including background, drug test, MVR check, fit for duty and agility.</li>\n</ul>",
