You will have full ownership of this facility and the support of a growing national organization behind you.</p><p><br></p><h2 style=\"margin-left:0in;\">What You&#39;ll Do</h2><p><strong>Operations Leadership</strong></p><ul style=\"margin-left: 14px;\"><li>Lead all day-to-day manufacturing operations to consistently meet production, quality, safety, and cost targets</li><li>Drive continuous improvement across all production lines using lean manufacturing principles</li><li>Develop and maintain production schedules that align with customer demand and business goals</li><li>Ensure equipment reliability through proactive maintenance planning and execution</li><li>Partner with supply chain to maintain material flow and manage inventory effectively</li></ul><p><strong>People and Culture</strong></p><ul style=\"margin-left: 14px;\"><li>Recruit, develop, and retain a high-performing production team in a competitive Southern California labor market</li><li>Build a culture of accountability, engagement, and continuous learning on the plant floor</li><li>Conduct meaningful performance conversations and provide real-time coaching and feedback</li><li>Develop supervisors and team leads to grow their leadership capabilities</li><li>Foster an inclusive environment where every employee feels respected and has an equal opportunity to contribute and grow</li></ul><p><strong>Safety and Quality</strong></p><ul style=\"margin-left: 14px;\"><li>Champion a zero-incident safety culture &mdash; lead safety observations, incident investigations, and corrective actions</li><li>Ensure full compliance with California OSHA regulations, company safety policies, and all applicable state and local requirements</li><li>Own the quality management system at the plant level; drive root cause analysis and corrective action on quality escapes</li><li>Partner with the quality team to achieve and maintain customer satisfaction targets</li></ul><p><strong>Financial Accountability</strong></p><ul style=\"margin-left: 14px;\"><li>Manage plant-level budget including labor, materials, overhead, and capital</li><li>Identify and execute cost reduction opportunities without compromising quality, safety, or team culture</li><li>Report on plant KPIs weekly and monthly to senior leadership with clear analysis and action plans</li><li>Partner with finance on budget management and forecast accuracy</li></ul><p><br></p><h2 style=\"margin-left:0in;\">What We&#39;re Looking For</h2><ul style=\"margin-left: 14px;\"><li>5 or more years of plant or operations management experience in a manufacturing environment</li><li>Proven track record building and developing high-performing production teams</li><li>Strong working knowledge of lean manufacturing, continuous improvement, and operational excellence</li><li>Demonstrated experience managing plant-level budget and driving cost reduction</li><li>Solid understanding of California employment law and Cal/OSHA compliance requirements</li><li>Bilingual in English and Spanish strongly preferred &mdash; our workforce is predominantly Spanish-speaking</li><li>ERP system experience required</li><li>Excellent interpersonal and communication skills &mdash; equally effective on the floor and in the boardroom</li><li>High emotional intelligence and servant leadership orientation</li><li>Bachelor&#39;s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Business, or related field preferred</li></ul><p><br></p><h2 style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Why FlexScreen /&nbsp;RiteScreen</h2><p>We are a stable, growing company with a strong national footprint and a culture that respects hard work.
